Restaurace byla zbudována v roce 1996 rekonstrukcí objektu, kde se nacházel Merkur Gril. Interiér je vytvořen v rustikálním stylu, kde je v hojné míře použito dřevo a veškeré dřevěné doplňky jsou ručně vyřezávané.

Welcome to the Moravian Restaurant.
The menu of the luxurious stylish restaurant in the centre of Olomouc with the view of the Holy Trinity Column which is listed in UNESCO. You can expect an excellent choice of meals from the Moravian and Bohemian cuisine and foreign specialities. All meals are prepared from fresh and quality materials.
The restaurant was built in 1996 by the reconstruction of the building where Merkur Gril used to be. The interior was made in the rustic style in which wood is used profusely and all wooden accessories are handmade.
